Account Manager/Auditor

Primary Responsibilities:

Additinal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages overall client relationship
  • Manages telecom vendor relationships
  • Performs analysis of telecom invoices and handles coordination of any necessary changes or discrepancies
  • Coordinates all client workflow within BroadSource
  • Analyzes and audits telecom invoices using both automated and manual approaches to identify errors and manages disputes with carriers
  • Uses knowledge of telecom networks and common configurations to identify incorrect billing elements and erroneous charges in voice, data, and wireless invoices
  • Prepares dispute claims and completes documentation to communicate results to internal and external users
  • Summarizes contracts and billing information into easily understandable reports
  • Meets established timelines for routine client reporting

 

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Broad knowledge of various telecommunication products and services
  • Understanding of telecom technology and billing systems; prefer previous experience with telecom contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and MS Access
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy working in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, excellent follow-through with all projects
